HOW DO I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

All of our garments are made to order. Therefore, once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel it.

Can I add an item to my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to add items to an existing order once it’s been placed.

However, if you forgot something, you can still send us a message via the contact form here, mentioning your desired item, size and colour. We’ll do our best to ship everything together.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Sale items can also be returned unless otherwise noted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item. You’ll get an email once the refund is issued.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

Our website is connected to Stripe Platform. Therefore, we currently accept major credit and debit cards. PayPal is not supported at this time.

Can I request a rush order?

Depending on the item and your timeline, yes. If you are in rush, and not sure whether the piece can reach you on time, please contact us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship within the European Union, as well as to Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. If you’re located elsewhere, feel free to contact us—we may be able to help.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders are ready within 1-3 weeks. Once we have your garment ready, we will ship it immediately. Specific delivery times depends on your location, but usually delivery takes up to 5 business days.

Where are your clothes made?

All our garments are thoughtfully handmade in Lithuania, using locally sourced fabrics.
