The terms & conditions are applicable to all agreements and orders of PIEVA, except when PIEVA has agreed to other conditions in writing.
Adjusted agreements are not applicable for future transactions.
By placing an order and accepting the offer you are automatically in agreement with these terms and conditions.
All prices mentioned on the website of PIEVA are inclusive of 21% tax.
• Shipping is free for costs for orders above €100
• If you order more than one product, shipping costs will remain the same.
• As long as the agreement has not been set yet, PIEVA is free to change the prices and further conditions.
To ensure a fast, safe and convenient check out process for our customers, Pieva Store uses Stripe services. All transactions on Pieva Store are made directly between the buyer using Stripe.
• PIEVA is not liable for any damage caused by the products of PIEVA directly or indirectly. PIEVA is also not liable for any damage caused by third parties.
• PIEVA accepts no liability for eventual damages that are caused by using PIEVA products.
• The liability of PIEVA is always restricted to the purchase amount of the product in question.
• PIEVA is not liable for misunderstandings, delay and incorrect delivery of orders and messages, due to the use of the internet or other means of communication with PIEVA, or between PIEVA and third parties, unless due to intentional acts or negligence.
In a situation of force majeure all obligations of PIEVA will be cancelled. In case that the period of force majeure takes longer than three months, it is yours and PIEVA’s right to cancel the agreement, without compensation for damage. We speak of force majeure in case of strike, disturbances, military actions, import/export prohibition, or natural disasters regardless if these occur at PIEVA or its suppliers.
