All of our garments are handmade to order, with care and intention. To avoid overproduction and reduce waste, we only begin crafting your piece after you’ve placed your order.

Shipping Rates

Lithuania
— Standard shipping (to parcel locker): 3.5 €

European Union
— Standard shipping: 5 €

Rest of the World
— If you’re ordering from outside the European Union, please be aware that import duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We aim to ship all orders within 7-14 days. PIEVA is not responsible for delays caused by chosen courier services.
If a product, for a certain reason, has a longer delivery time, this must be indicated in the official website. Also a customer will be informed shortly after the order was placed.
PIEVA is also not liable for whatever damage that might occur due to the third parties.
PIEVA takes great care of producing and shipping of ordered products. Nevertheless it can happen that an order is not sent, incomplete or even damaged. In this case, a customer should report the incident within 30 days after receiving the product. If the incident can be proven, the delivery shall eventually be completed, send or exchanged by PIEVA

Production TIme

Our current lead time is 2–3 weeks. If your item is finished sooner, we’ll ship it as soon as it’s ready—no need to wait the full three weeks.

Delivery Time

Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched from our studio.
When your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary slightly depending on your location or unforeseen delays (such as postal disruptions or customs procedures). However, delivery will not exceed 30 days from the estimated date, unless in cases of force majeure.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Pieva is not responsible for postal delays once the order has left our studio.

Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. 
  • The items must be received back in their original condition and without any damages. 
  • The items must be unwashed and unworn. 
  • The items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags still attached to it. 
  • Items of a delicate fabric must not be returned with any snags or pulls. 
  • Please ensure there are no make-up or fake tan marks on the garments. 
  • During the withdrawal period of 30 days, the consumer shall treat the product and its packaging with care. The product shall only be unpacked and used as far as necessary in order to assess the nature, characteristics and efficacy of the product. The consumer may only handle and inspect the product in the same way that he would be allowed in a shop. 
  • Return costs are on the customer’s behalf.  
  • Once the returned goods have been received and processed in our system, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us and the purchasing amount of the product will be transferred back to your account within 30 days.  
  • If the products are not returned within 30 days, the agreement is binding. 

How do I return?

If you would like to return clothes you bought on our website, please send us an e.mail to support@pievastore.eu  with the topic RETURN THE ORDER and we will get back to you with the instructions as soon as possible. We do not send return slips with your packages as we believe it is a waste of paper.  

Remember, all return & exchange costs are on the customer’s behalf. Pieva is not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged.
